Polyester jersey fabric is 100% polyester, a simple, honest fabric at a rock-bottom price. Polyester is a man-made fiber that is synthesized from petroleum-based products.

Single jersey fabric is lightweight and isn’t the softest type of jersey fabric, but it has a smooth feel. Polyester single jersey fabric is cheaper than other jersey fabrics and comes in a wide range of color choices. Jersey fabric mostly used for sportswear, T-shirts, sweatshirts because of its increased durability and moisture-wicking properties.

Polyester shirts are usually light and thin and they may cling to skin a little.

And polyester single jersey fabric is stretchy to ensure comfort for the wearer.

Also, polyester single jersey fabric doesn’t naturally shrink and 100% polyester won’t lose its shape even after a good deal of wear and tear and snap back into shape pretty quickly.
